Sorry Château d'Orquevaux Changed My Life

Kaylee packed her bags, left her kid and husband behind, and said oui to a solo trip to France. 

In this episode, she shares the transformative experience of attending the Château d’Orquevaux writer’s residency — a dreamy castle in the French countryside where she drank wine, made new friends, wrote her ass off, and remembered who she is outside of motherhood. She talks about the joy (and guilt) of chasing creative dreams alone, what it’s like to be surrounded by artists from all over the world, and how stepping away helped her come back to herself.
